DBA Rules & Regulations
To maintain the value of Digital Boss Academy and ensure fairness, we've established clear guidelines. Please note, this is just a summary.
Rule 1: Pricing Integrity
The minimum price for DBA volume 1 is $111. DBA volume 2 is $222.USD BUT CAN BE SOLD FOR MORE. Both Volume 1 & 2 are Master Resell Rights products.
DBA Volume 3 is $333 USD and it is an affiliate product. Pricing can only be changed by the creator.
DBA can NOT be sold on Etsy. We will not let anyone with an Etsy receipt inside. DBA can also not be given away for free.
If sold for less, or sold on Etsy you will be BANNED from DBA with no refund.
Rule 2: Payment Options
Payment plans are not available initially. You must pay in full to access & resell the program. However, Buy Now - Pay Later (BNPL) services like Klarna & Afterpay are accepted.
Creating your own payment plans through your site is strictly prohibited. All payment plans need to be issued by a verified third party service.
Rule 3: Branding
DBA CANNOT BE REBRANDED or recreated. You can't rebrand the full community, modules or use any of our IP for your own products or services. The only thing that you are able to rebrand is the private label rights products. You can rebrand your DBA LOGO .. customise it anyway… but it must say " DBA ''
Rule 4: International Sales
If selling in a currency other than USD, ensure the converted amount meets the minimum price requirement.
Rule 5: Legal Consequences
BY PURCHASING AND JOINING THE DBA Community YOU AGREE TO THE RULES
(Failure to comply may result in legal action, removal from the Community, and no refunds.)
You are not allowed to bad mouth, or put down the community/course, etc. You will be removed immediately from DBA. Please respect these guidelines and everyone’s customers.

Rule 6: FTC Compliance
Ensure you invest time into FTC - Federal Trade compliance training and guidance as well as ensuring your own due diligence. In the UK, the Competition and Markets Authority is the equivaent of FTC.
For a framework that balances authenticity, skills, and connection while minimising the risk of FTC issues in your marketing. I recommend focusing on the following key principles. These terms will not only resonate with your audience but also reflect a genuine, experience-driven approach:
